Clymene dolphins follow the path of a tourist boat in the waters of North Carolina, United States. The Clymene dolphin, also known as the Short-snouted spinner dolphin, only inhabits the temperate zones of the Atlantic Ocean. Although very similar to the Spinner Dolphin, the Clymene dolphin can be detected because its dorsal fin is less erect and as its name implies, the snout is shorter. The Stenella clymene can reach two meters long and weigh up to 80 kilos (180 lb).
